What is ClearPath's role in my career transition?
ClearPath is a premium job-search execution and positioning partner, retained directly by professionals. We build your positioning, then manage the workload of your applications, outreach and follow-up, sent from your own accounts in your name and under your direction. We are not an employment agency, recruiter or labour intermediary (arbeidsbemiddeling) under the Dutch Waadi. We do not hold talent pools, put candidates forward or negotiate employment terms, and we are never paid by employers or agencies.
Do you follow up on my applications?
Yes, and it is one of the most valuable parts of the program. Every application with an identifiable hiring contact, and every message, receives a planned follow-up, written to your positioning, approved by you and sent in your name. Replies come directly to you.
Who do employers and recruiters deal with?
Always you. Every application and message is sent from your own accounts with your approval, and all interviews and conversations are yours to lead.
Do you send anything without my knowledge?
Never. You approve your weekly queue, remove anything you prefer not to pursue, and every approval is recorded. We act only on what you have authorised.
Do you guarantee interviews or a job?
No. Hiring decisions rest entirely with employers. We charge only for our expertise and the work we perform, never success fees. What we commit to, in writing, is the work: your strategy, your weekly outreach, disciplined follow-up and full reporting.
What happens after my active program ends?
Your active program concludes automatically, and you keep your complete tracker, documents and records. If you are still in interviews, you may choose to continue with a lighter maintenance service for applications and follow-up. Cancel at any time.
Is it safe to give you access to my accounts?
Yes. Access is held in a secure password manager with two-factor authentication where available, used only by your team, and never used to change your passwords or settings. You can revoke it at any time.
